You can tell it’s close to Christmas the only flower’s I’ve made lately are buttercream poinsettia’s. The cupcakes are chocolate with almond buttercream.

Blue & White Swirl Cupcakes

These cupcakes aren’t “fanciful” looking, but it is a quick and fun way to decorate. Any color can be used, just place 2 colors side by side in your pastry bag, use a large tip, squeeze and swirl.

Baby Shower Animal Theme

I loved making these, something other than flowers. My first time making the fondant animals, but they came out pretty good. Cake flavors, yellow & chocolate with vanilla buttercream frosting.
